Decorate a base with stripes of your favourite colours. Cut these to length yourself and layer as you want. Add extra details and textures and enjoy as light streams through these gorgeous art pieces.

Create an abstract, highly textured free standing wave form. No glass cutting needed, just have fun while daydreaming of a beach holiday.

Create your own decorative hanging or freestanding ornament, great as a candle votive. Using an abundance of beautifully iridescent dichroic glass to mosaic your chosen design.
Sun 5th Oct – Wirksworth Wizarding Day special event. I will run 4 sessions over the day – £18 – each separate time has a separate listing here.
Come and play with precut glass tiles to layer up to create your own colourful glass design inspired by logos, symbols and motifs from Harry Potter and all things Wizard themed. The cost includes all specialist materials and firing for a tile or hanging approx 9cm.

Decorate replacement panels for your own unique lantern. Lots of design options and themes. Fun Taster, no glass cutting needed.
Thurs 9th Oct – Wreath or Snowflake Panels – 11-12:30pm – bookable online
A festive taster session, come and play with different preshaped colourful elements to create your own design. Traditional green and red wreaths or icy blue and white snowflake inspired hangings or candle plates. Decorate your 17cm clear glass base how ever you like!

Make a Wave, bowl or hanging inspired by colourful and fun abstract flowers.

Similar to my Landscape Waves session but this time with SNOW!!! Sparkling trees or icy white hills with sprinkles of dichroic sparkle and white frit for snow. Design and create a piece approx 32cm x 7cm which look fab with a row of candles or fairy lights glistening behind them.

Use specialist paints to design your forest of trees which can be quirky and abstract or based on real views. Then add colour with glass details.
Thurs 16th Oct – Large Garden Flower Sculptures – 2-4pm – £74 – bookable online
Whether you make a decorative bowl or a sculpture for your outside space, you will enjoy laying coloured glass and decorative details. I will teach you how to cut simple shapes of sheet glass, we’ll have a practice and then I will guide you through a specific technique I use to shape your colourful petals.

Fri 7th Nov – Christmas Tree Candle Surround – 11:3-1:30pm – £48 – book now
Use precut shard shaped glass pieces to layer up and add texture to your base triangle approx. 16cm. Create your tree design and then decorate however you like with frit and some sparkle inspired by fairy lights, baubles and snow. This will then become a free standing curved glass sculpture piece, which does look fabulous with a candle behind it.

Please read through the Terms & Conditions for Glass Fusing workshops and courses that are booked through Stevie.
- Bookings – If you can not attend a workshop, for what ever reason, please contact Stevie as soon as possible. Firstly we will work together to transfer your place onto another day, suitable for your needs. Another option is for you to offer your place out to a friend or family member.
If this is not possible and your cancellation has been more less than 21 days in advance of the event, a refund can be offered.
If your cancellation has been made less than 21 days before the event and you can not transfer onto a future date, every effort will be made to fill your place, from further advertising and/or the reserves list. If your space can not be filled by another attendee and you are unable to arrange a replacement yourself unfortunately, no refund can be offered.
- In the unlikely event that Stevie has to cancel a class, you will be offered either a full refund or a transfer to another date. As much notice as possible will be given, however, Stevie cannot be held responsible for your travel or accommodation costs.
- Accessibility: Workshops in Wirksworth. Entrance to the Studio Gallery has 2 stone steps. The workshop table is fixed and also up one step, the main table is high, you will be stood or sat on a tall chair. Please ask about accessibility at other venues.
- Please contact Stevie for information about the suitability of her courses for ages and abilities before booking.
- Stevie reserves the right to exclude any student we feel may be a danger to themselves or other students.
